Epsom salt relaxes muscles and the soothing scents of Chamomile, Lavender and Lemon Balm soothe the spirit. The perfect addition to your bedtime routine, or as a sleep aid to help babies and children prepare for sleep (for ages 6 months and up).
Directions: An hour before bedtime, add 3 tablespoons to a warm bath and soak for up to 30 minutes to enjoy the therapeutic benefit. Can also be used as a foot soak. Add salts directly to bath or in a cloth bag to infuse.
