Muscle Rub

There is nothing better than the wonderful, warming sensation and scent of Wintergreen, Peppermint and Eucalyptus. But when we realised popular muscle balms contain all kinds of synthetic ingredients like petroleum jelly & paraffins, we decided to make a completely natural version.

Our Muscle Rub is naturally warming with herbs traditionally used including Comfrey, Camphor, Wintergreen, Eucalyptus & Peppermint. Nothing nasty, and Shea butter with Olive Oil helps it glide on smoothly to moisturise skin.

Calm Balm

With the gentle & uplifting scents of Bergamot, Mandarin & Cedarwood in a moisturising base of Shea Butter with Passionflower & Lemon Balm. A natural balm, with a gentle scent which is wonderful for both adults & children. Use anytime you need & allow yourself to relax with the soothing scent.

To apply, it can be rubbed onto pulse points and used as a massage balm. For Ages 2 years & up. Under 2 years of age, Calm Balm can be applied to the soles of the feet for a gentler effect.

Sleep Balm

A little jar of sweet dreams... A great addition to you & your child's bedtime routine, our Sleep Balm is Naturopathically formulated with soothing oils & the sweet scents of organic Chamomile, Lavender & Lemon Balm to help prepare for a restful night's sleep.

Apply 30 minutes before bed to pulse points, or use as a relaxing massage rub. Turn down the lights, put away the screens and let the beautiful aroma work it's sleepy magic. For Ages 6 months & up. Under 6 months of age, Sleep Balm can be applied to the soles of the feet for a gentler effect.

I was having trouble falling asleep thought I would give sleep balm a go did not disappoint within 15mins out like a light

Some people find it helps right away, for others it may take a few weeks of consistent use. We suggest massaging into larger areas such as your chest, neck and legs to increase the amount of herbs absorbed.

Great bundle

The calm, sleep and muscle rub are gorgeous. My sleep has been heaps better. The calm works a treat. Although the smell doesn't last long it goes in and really works. I was taking tablets and now don't need to. Can be applied anytime. Love it. Thankyou
