How to use:

If this is your first time using magnesium oil, apply 3-4 sprays to the top and bottom of feet for the first 4 weeks. A tingling sensation indicates a magnesium deficiency, and will stop once your levels increase.

Once adjusted, use 6-8 sprays on stomach, legs or back daily. Massage in gently & allow to dry before covering up.

For ages 12 months & up. Patch test first. Use only externally & as directed.
